Aw man, that sucks! Sometimes the game doesn't save properly if you disconnect while playing. Try making sure you're in a stable connection and always save your progress before logging out!
Could be a bug. Report it to Defaultio and hopefully they'll fix it soon.
Honestly, sometimes Roblox servers can be a bit glitchy. Just make sure to save frequently and maybe avoid making big changes right before logging off.
