It’s usually caused by refunds. Imagine you spent V-Bucks you no longer have.

Negative V-Bucks usually happen when a refund has been processed on items you purchased with V-Bucks, but you had already spent them.

You probably had a refund processed. They’ll just deduct the amount from your total V-Bucks. Contact Epic if it seems off.
