Your Crocs probably squeak because moisture gets trapped between your foot and the shoe. Try sprinkling a bit of baby powder or cornstarch inside to absorb the moisture!
Just wear socks with them. Problem solved.
It's most likely the friction between your feet and the footbed. Socks can help reduce the squeak if you don't mind the sock-in-Croc look!
