I had the same issue – turned out it was a loose power connection. Check all cables and make sure they're snug.
Could be overheating! Make sure your Roku has plenty of ventilation.
Honestly, it might just need a firmware update. Go into settings and see if there’s a system update available.
One word: gremlins. But seriously, if all else fails, try a factory reset.
