Why Does Boruto Not Have a Lot of Merchandise?
From my experience, some shows take a while to build up a ton of merch. Boruto is catching on, but Naruto set a high bar.

Boruto might not have as much merch as Naruto because it's still kinda new in comparison. Give it time, the merch flood will come!
The Boruto series might not have reached the same iconic status as Naruto yet. Demand drives production, so maybe there's just less demand at the moment!
