Boruto's single Jougan could be because it's incredibly powerful and having two would be too OP. One is enough to kick butt!

Honestly, no one really knows yet why Boruto only has one Jougan. The show and manga haven't fully explained it. Patience, young ninja!

Theory time! Boruto may only have 1 Jougan because it's a unique dojutsu that sets him apart from others in the Naruto universe. Maybe the creators want to keep some mystery around it!
