It's probably the notifications and in-app sounds. Just mute your phone or turn off the sound effects in settings.
Not sure, but it could be your phone's notification sounds. Check your phone's sound settings as well.
I had the same issue! Turning off the sounds in Facebook settings fixed it for me.
Just a quick tip: turning down your volume or switching to silent mode does the trick too!
