Facebook says session expired because usually, it’s time to log back in and prove you’re still you! Happens when you haven’t been active for a while or Facebook updates something on their end.
Honestly, I think Facebook just wants to make sure you’re not a bot this entire time. Log back in and continue stalking, I mean, connecting!
