Hey, it could be your drivers. Make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date. That usually helps!

Check your laptop's hardware specs. If it鈥檚 an older model, it might be struggling to keep up with the game.

Fortnite is kinda notorious for being a bit demanding on low-end laptops. Try turning down the graphics settings to see if it helps.

I had this exact issue鈥攊t turned out I needed to close other running programs. Fortnite is demanding, so it needs all the resources it can get!

Eh, could be overheating. Laptops tend to overheat more easily, which can cause crashes. Get a cooling pad.

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
