Fortnite might be crashing because your PC doesn’t meet the game's system requirements or needs a driver update. Make sure everything's up to date!

Check if your PC is overheating. Fortnite is demanding, and if your PC gets too hot, it’ll shut down to protect itself. Try playing with the case open or get a cooling pad.

It could be corrupted game files. Verify game integrity through the Epic Games launcher to replace any problematic files.

Try lowering the in-game graphics settings. Your PC might be struggling to handle the game on high settings, so dropping them a bit could help.

Disable background apps. Sometimes other software running in the background can conflict with Fortnite, causing crashes. Close unnecessary programs before launching the game.

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
