Sometimes, alt-tabbing back into the game can make your mouse reappear. If not, check for any updates to the game or your drivers.
I had this problem before. What worked for me was lowering the in-game resolution and then setting it back to my original resolution.
Tbh, a lot of times this happens after alt-tabbing. Avoid switching windows frequently during gameplay.
