Sometimes the crashes are related to a faulty power supply. If nothing else works, you might want to contact Sony support to check for hardware issues.
Could be a dodgy game or app. Try running other games to see if it's specific to one title or happening across the board.
Have you tried rebuilding the database from Safe Mode? It fixed my issues. Just hold down the power button until it beeps twice, then select 'Rebuild Database'. Should take a bit but worth it!
I had the same problem, turned out it was a corrupted game file. Try deleting the game that crashes and reinstall it. Make sure to back up your save data first!
