I've had this error when trying to play a game before its release date. Make sure the content is actually available for use.

You might also want to check if your PS5 is set as the primary PS5 for your account. If it's not, content restrictions can apply.

Maybe the content is restricted in your region? Check the region settings or any restrictions on your account.

Sometimes, it helps to restore licenses. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses.

Usually, this happens because the content isn't linked to the correct account. Double-check that you're signed in with the account that purchased the game or DLC.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
