This happened to me last month! My payment didn’t go through properly, so they marked it for a refund. Double-check your payment method.

Your SHEIN order might say 'Need Refund' if the item you ordered is out of stock. They’ll issue a refund automatically.

Sometimes, it’s just a glitch in the system, and your order is still on its way. Try contacting SHEIN customer service for clarity!

Maybe SHEIN detected an issue with your delivery address or payment. Updating your details might solve the problem.

It means one simple thing: your money is coming back to you! Might wanna recheck the availability and order again.

If you shop on SHEIN, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the credit for the SHEIN app, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
