Might be a payment issue, check if your subscription is still active! Sometimes your payment method could have expired.

I had a similar problem and a quick restart of my Xbox did the trick. Give it a shot!

Try signing out and then signing back into your account. That fixes a lot of issues for me.

Maybe the Xbox servers are down. Check the Xbox Live status page to see if there's an outage.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Game Pass app? That worked for me when nothing else did.
