I had the same issue! Turns out, my controller was accidentally turning it on. Try storing the controller separately.

Could be your Kinect misinterpreting movement or sound. If you have one, try disconnecting it and see if the issue persists.

Your Xbox One might have a sensitive power button. Try cleaning it to see if that stops the random turn-ons.

It's probably a setting like Instant-On. Switch it to Energy-saving mode in the power settings to see if that helps.
