Basically, Hulu only got the rights for a limited number of dubbed episodes. It's like only having the first season of your favorite show.
From my experience, Hulu stops at episode 140-something dubbed. You'll need another platform or the DVD sets for more.
Licensing issues, plain and simple. Gotta check other streaming services for more Naruto goodness!
