It's probably because Tencent Games wants to keep everything fair and prevent cheating. Plus, Octopus can sometimes mess with the game's security measures.

Tencent banned it to prevent cheaters. Simple as that.

Octopus doesn't work with PUBG Mobile because PUBG Mobile's developers have made it incompatible with third-party control mapping apps to preserve fair play and game balance.

I tried using Octopus with PUBG Mobile, but it kept disconnecting me from matches. Turns out, PUBG Mobile blocks it to keep the playing field level for everyone.

If you're a PUGB Mobile player looking for extra G-Coins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in PUGB Mobile essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
