Sparx is like Spyro's best buddy and health bar all rolled into one! He helps collect gems, guides Spyro by changing colors to show health, and basically makes the adventure a whole lot smoother.
Sparx makes playing as Spyro seamless by picking up gems and showing him how healthy (or unhealthy) he is. I played Spyro back in the day, and trust me, Sparx came in clutch more times than I can count!
Sparx allows Spyro to focus on the real enemy: platforming. Without Sparx's help, tracking gems and health would be a dragon-sized headache.
