Team Fortress 2 does have a competitive scene, but it's not as big as games like CS: GO or Overwatch. The game's balance and frequent updates can make it tough for serious competitions.

TF2's wacky and casual nature is part of its charm, but maybe not the best fit for hardcore esports.

I've played TF2 competitively for years! The scene exists, but it's more niche and community-organized. Join the community and you'll find it.

It actually does have a competitive scene, just smaller and more community-driven. Check out TF2Center or Faceit for some competitive games.
