Why Does The Division 2 Keep Starting in Windowed Mode?
Hey, sometimes The Division 2 defaults to windowed mode due to settings not saving properly. Just go into your settings, change it to fullscreen, and make sure to save changes. Should do the trick!

You might need to tweak your game's config file if it keeps happening. Go to your game’s directory, find the ‘state.cfg’ file, open it with a text editor, and change the display mode setting to fullscreen. Worked for me!
It's possible the game’s not detecting your monitor settings correctly. Try updating your GPU drivers and double-check to save your in-game display settings after switching to fullscreen.
