Try updating your controller drivers or checking for firmware updates. Outdated drivers can cause recognition issues.
First, you should check if your controller is properly connected and recognized by your PC. Sometimes a simple re-plug can do the trick!
Teardown runs smooth with my Xbox controller. If you're using a different one, you might need to configure the settings manually in-game.
Just use a keyboard and mouse. It's better.
