I've had this issue too! Sometimes the game lags or doesn't register key presses, especially if my internet connection is slow. Just try again!
Could be your keyboard! If some keys are a bit sticky or not responding well, it can cause this. Clean it up or test it out.
Honestly, it's just a bug. Happens in a lot of apps. You might want to report it to the developers for a fix.
