Sounds like your router might be getting overloaded. Try resetting it and see if that helps.

My buddy had this issue. Turned out his WiFi adapter was overheating. Maybe try giving your PC some extra cooling?

I had the same problem! I fixed it by updating my network drivers and changing the download speed limit in the launcher settings.

Check your firewall settings. Sometimes they can freak out with heavy downloads.
