Why doesn't GTA San Andreas start?

It's a classic, but sometimes GTA San Andreas just doesn't wanna play ball. First thing, check if your device meets the game's requirements - it might be feeling a bit old school for your new tech. Also, make sure your game version is up to date; an outdated game in a modern system is like trying to fit a cassette tape in a Blu-ray player. If you've modded your game, one of those mods could be the party pooper – try removing them and see if that solves the issue. Lastly, running the game as an administrator can sometimes give it the VIP pass it needs to start up properly.

Honestly, just reboot your system or reinstall the game. Works like a charm most of the time.

Driver issues could be at play here. Update your graphics and sound drivers to the latest versions, and give it another shot. GTA San Andreas can be picky with outdated drivers.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
