Crunchyroll doesn't have Tokyo Revengers Season 2 because Disney+ acquired the streaming rights for it. Yeah, it's weird, but that's the deal!
Just wanted to share that I had the same question and found out Disney+ secured the streaming rights for Season 2. Annoying, but nothing we can do!
