Gaara lost Shukaku back in Naruto Shippuden when the Akatsuki extracted it from him. No Shukaku for Gaara in Boruto!

Gaara lost Shukaku thanks to the Akatsuki's Bijuu extraction - that's why he doesn't have it in Boruto. He still kicks butt though!

Simple: The Akatsuki extracted Shukaku from Gaara. He hasn鈥檛 gotten it back since Naruto Shippuden.

Gaara doesn't have Shukaku in Boruto because it was extracted by the Akatsuki in Shippuden. He survived, but Shukaku didn't come back.

Because the Akatsuki extracted Shukaku from Gaara in Shippuden, leaving him without the One-Tail in Boruto.

If you're a Boruto: Naruto Next Generations fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
