Why Doesn't Naruto Have the Karma Seal in Boruto?
Naruto doesn't have the Karma seal because he wasn’t chosen by an Otsutsuki. Boruto gets it after Momoshiki implants it, and Naruto was never in that situation.

Simply put, only Boruto and people with direct Otsutsuki interference get the Karma seal. Naruto isn't in that category.
Naruto's too OP already; he doesn't need a Karma seal! ;) His power comes from Kurama and his own hard work.
Naruto doesn't have the Karma seal because it's an Otsutsuki-specific ability. Only those who have direct Otsutsuki DNA or connections receive it, like Boruto and Kawaki.
