Naruto exhausted much of his Six Paths power after the war, so he can't use Truth Seeking Orbs as freely as before. Plus, he's kinda busy being Hokage now!

Naruto lost access to Six Paths Senjutsu after the final battle, which means no more Truth Seeking Orbs for him.
