Why Doesn't One Punch Man Fight Enough?
Saitama's whole schtick is that he's so strong, there aren't many fights that are actually worth his time or effort. He's just bored out of his mind most of the time.

Saitama's all about that minimum effort, maximum punch life. Why spend time fighting when you can end it in one blow?
Saitama doesn't fight enough because he's looking for a real challenge, and those are pretty rare in his world.
