Yep, V-Bucks are locked to the platform you bought them on. If you got them on PC, they won't show up on your console.

V-Bucks usually don’t transfer between platforms (like PS5 to Xbox One) due to licensing restrictions. You can only use them on the platform where you bought them.

Had the same issue! Bought some on my Xbox and they didn't show on my PC. It's frustrating but it's just how it works.
