The song might've been removed from the platform by the artist or the record label. Sad, but it happens!
If the song is greyed out, it's almost always a licensing problem. Either that, or Spotify is playing hard to get!
Sometimes it's a temporary glitch. Try restarting the app or checking for updates. Worked for me once!
