Check that you’ve allowed all necessary permissions for Pokemon GO and your fitness app. Some updates reset these settings.

Adventure Sync sometimes bugs out. I fixed mine by reinstalling the app. A bit extreme, but it worked for me!

Maybe your phone’s battery optimization is messing with Adventure Sync. Try turning it off for Pokemon GO!

Make sure your fitness app (like Google Fit or Apple Health) is properly synced with Pokemon GO! Sometimes, you just need to turn the sync off and on again.
