Why is Apex Legends Matchmaking So Bad?

So, Apex Legends matchmaking feels like a mixed bag sometimes because of a few reasons. Firstly, it uses skill-based matchmaking (SBMM), which in theory sounds good, but it can lead to uneven matches if you've been on a hot streak or if you're in a squad with varied skill levels. Plus, the player base is huge and diverse, which can cause some unpredictable matchups. It tries to balance things out, but it's not a perfect system.

IDK what y'all are talking about, I've had nothing but good matches. Maybe it's just a 'get gud' issue ;)

Honestly, it's all about the time of day you play. During peak hours, you're more likely to get a balanced match since there are more players online. Late at night? Good luck, you're gonna need it.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
