Yeah, Netflix just doesn't have the rights for Attack on Titan. It's all about those complex licensing deals. Try Crunchyroll or Hulu instead!
First-hand experience here: I was bummed too when I didn't see AOT on Netflix! Ended up watching the entire series on Funimation.
