Dubbed episodes are often slower because they require a lot of time and effort to match the mouth movements with English dialogue. Plus, they have to hire voice actors, record the lines, and do post-production work. Patience, young ninja!

Mainly, it's just a matter of logistics and scheduling. Getting all the voice actors together and the dubbing process takes time. Hang in there!
