Honestly, I think Boruto plays it too safe compared to Naruto. It's not bad, just different.
Boruto isn't bad! It just has a different vibe than Naruto. It's about a new generation and Boruto finding his own path.
I felt the same way at first. But the character development and action-packed scenes make it worth watching!
