Sometimes CAPTCHA can be a real pain on Steam, especially if it's being overly sensitive. Make sure your browser is up to date since an outdated version can mess with how CAPTCHA functions. Also, clearing your browser's cache and cookies often fixes the issue. If all else fails, try using a different browser or contact Steam Support for help.

Make sure you're not on a VPN or proxy when trying to solve the CAPTCHA on Steam. Steam can detect these services and might block or complicate the CAPTCHA as a security measure.

Steam's CAPTCHA can be finicky because it's trying to protect you from bots and scammers. If it's not working, it might think you're a bot. Switching browsers or waiting a bit before trying again usually helps.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
