Dumbledore? In the 1800s? I doubt he'd fancy the idea of being more than a century old before even joining Hogwarts. The timeline simply doesn't match up for him to make an appearance in Hogwarts Legacy. Simple as that.

Dumbledore isn't in Hogwarts Legacy because the game is set in the 1800s, way before Dumbledore was born. He didn't become a student until the late 1800s and wasn't headmaster until much later. The game focuses on a completely different era, so no Dumbledore adventures here!

Because Hogwarts Legacy is set in the 1800s, long before Albus Dumbledore's time. The game explores a period that's not been covered in the books or movies, giving us fresh stories without the characters we already know by heart.
