It might be because your account is new. Facebook usually grants Marketplace access after your account is at least a few weeks old.
Check if Marketplace is available in your region. Some areas don't have access to it yet.
Sometimes, it's just a hiccup in your Facebook account. Try logging out and logging back in or updating your app!
