If it's for a payment or money transfer, Messenger needs a PIN for security. Keeps your cash snug as a bug!

Facebook Messenger might be asking for a PIN if you've enabled the App Lock feature. Check your settings to disable it if you don't want to use it.

Happens sometimes when you set up a payment method in Messenger. Just part of keeping things super secure!

It's probably due to some security settings you've turned on. Try revisiting your security preferences in the app settings.
