Check if your Xbox is set to automatic updates. If not, you might need to go into the settings and manually start the update.
Had this problem too! Clearing the cache by holding the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds fixed it for me.
Just uninstall and reinstall the game. Worked like a charm when I had issues!
It's probably just a server hiccup. Wait a bit and try again later. Happens more often than you'd think.
