Sometimes after an update, Fortnite servers need some time to stabilize. Check Epic Games' official Twitter for any outage reports!

Try restarting your Xbox and make sure your game and console have the latest updates. Typical IT crowd trick, but it works!

My Xbox was acting up too after the latest update. A simple cache clear worked for me: press and hold the power button until it turns off, unplug for 10 seconds, then power it back on.

The update might have caused compatibility issues with your current settings. Try reinstalling Fortnite or adjusting in-game settings to see if it helps.

Honestly, just give it some time. Updates can be a bit buggy, but Epic Games usually patches things up quickly!

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
