Because it's literally about stealing cars and other crimes. Plus, all the swearing and shooting. It's not a tea party!

Grand Theft Auto is rated 18+ because it's chock-full of mature content. I'm talking about explicit violence, drug use, sexual content, and some pretty strong language. Basically, it's a digital playground that's not meant for the kiddos. The game thrusts players into the role of a criminal navigating through a life of crime - not exactly PG material.

Honestly, it鈥檚 the realism for me. The game doesn鈥檛 shy away from depicting adult themes very graphically, which is why it gets that mature rating. Been playing since GTA III, and it鈥檚 always been about pushing boundaries.

It's not just the violence. GTA has adult humor and situations that are definitely not suited for young players. It's about ensuring content is appropriate for the right age group, simple as that.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
