Actually, the nickname 'Hot Wheels' for Greg Abbott doesn't have anything to do with the toys or cars. It's because he uses a wheelchair. Simple as that, no hidden story or connection to the brand.

People call him 'Hot Wheels' simply because he's in a wheelchair. It's straightforward and has nothing to do with his policies or anything. Just a nickname based on his personal life.

Greg Abbott is nicknamed 'Hot Wheels' because he's been using a wheelchair since an accident in 1984. It's a playful nod to his mobility method, and not at all about the toy brand. Quite the spin on a situation, if you ask me!
