If GTA isn't installing, make sure to check your internet connection first – a spotty connection can mess things up. Also, confirm that your device has enough storage space since these games are pretty hefty! Sometimes, simply restarting your device can work wonders. If all else fails, try reinstalling the game client itself.
Had this issue last week, turned out my hard drive was almost full. GTA games are huge, so make sure you got enough space!
Could be your antivirus throwing a fit and thinking GTA is up to no good. Try temporarily disabling it during the install (just don't forget to turn it back on!).
