Hey! Make sure you're moving around. Incense works better when you're walking. Sitting still? You might just get one Pokémon every 5 minutes.

Sometimes the game glitches. Try restarting your app or even your phone and see if that helps!

Are you in a low signal area? Incense won't spawn Pokémon properly if your GPS signal is weak.

Maybe it's a bug. Niantic support can be helpful. Contact them if none of the usual fixes work.
