Sometimes Instagram logs you out if their servers detect unusual activity on your account. Try changing your password!
It might be due to multiple logins from different devices. Logging out of other sessions should help.
Honestly, it just happened to me one time, and clearing the app's cache did the trick. Give that a shot!
