Why is Kurenai not in Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4?
Honestly, Kurenai just didn't make the cut. The game has a ton of characters, and they had to prioritize fan favorites and major fighters.

Kurenai might not be in Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 because she doesn't play a major role in the series' significant battles. Developers probably focused on more prominent characters!
With so many characters to include, some just had to be left out, and Kurenai drew the short straw.
