Why is Left 4 Dead Not Available on Xbox One?
I think it's just because Valve's too busy swimming in Steam money to care about Xbox One.

Left 4 Dead isn't natively available on Xbox One because it was originally released for the Xbox 360, and not all Xbox 360 games made the cut for backward compatibility. Unfortunately, Valve (the game's developer) hasn't re-released it for newer consoles.
The game isn't available because it didn't make the cut for backward compatibility on Xbox One. Maybe it's just not a high priority for Valve.
I've been waiting for Left 4 Dead to be backward compatible forever! Guess Valve's got other plans or priorities. Bummer!
